Offshore platforms
A broker accepting Thai residents or offering a Thai-language website does not automatically mean it is licensed in Thailand. Verify the precise company, permitted service and current status.
Before using a platform
- Check the exact domain, company and licence on the official SEC resources.
- Confirm whether derivatives or leveraged products are permitted for the offered service.
- Review deposits, withdrawals, complaints and governing-law clauses.
- Avoid social-media solicitation promising easy or guaranteed returns.
Country availability in an affiliate campaign is not proof of Thai financial-services authorisation.
