Start with the legal entity
Global broker brands often operate through several companies. The entity serving you determines the regulator, leverage limits, investor protections, complaint route and eligible products.
Comparison framework
- Official regulator register and permitted activities
- Client agreement and governing law
- Spreads, commissions, swaps and non-trading fees
- Deposit and withdrawal methods
- Platforms, instruments and execution model
- Negative-balance and client-money protections
- Promotion, CPA and IB terms by country
BrokerRoute labels
“Editorial listing” means no paid relationship is currently stated. “Country/campaign dependent” means public terms are incomplete and require partner confirmation. “UAE eligible” or another country label refers to the tracked programme unless the page explicitly states regulatory authorisation.
Never choose a broker solely because of a high CPA, rebate, bonus or leverage figure.
