Forex Brokers in the UAE
How UAE residents can check broker entities, regulatory status and public CPA programme availability.

UAE regulatory context
Do not assume that accepting UAE residents means a broker is locally authorised. Check the exact legal entity and permitted activities using the relevant official register. The DFSA Public Register covers authorised firms in the DIFC. The federal SCA warnings and open-data pages help identify warnings and licensing concerns.
Public CPA programmes with UAE information
Your verified CPA tracker currently contains public UAE-specific or UAE-eligible information for PU Prime, Moneta Markets, ActivTrades, CPT Markets, Spec Markets, FXCentrum, Axi, FP Markets, Pepperstone, Taurex, iFOREX and selected other programmes. This indicates affiliate-program eligibility only—not SCA, DFSA or FSRA authorisation.
Before opening an account
- Match the broker website, legal entity and licence number against the official register.
- Check whether the authorised activities include the service being promoted.
- Review leverage, negative-balance protection, complaints and withdrawal rules.
- Do not rely on a logo, office address or “UAE accepted” statement as proof of regulation.
Affiliate eligibility and financial-services authorisation are different. Verify both independently.
